You might be ready for coaching if you feel a pull for more–know there’s more to unlock–but aren’t sure how to get there. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin between work and home. Maybe you know what you want but struggle to take action, or you’re making moves but not seeing the momentum you hoped for. Maybe you don’t recognize yourself anymore after becoming a mom, and are ready to rediscover her.
Coaching is for you if you’re ready to think differently, challenge old patterns, and take intentional steps forward. You don’t need to have it all figured out—that’s what I’m here for. But you do need to be open, committed, and willing to do the work.
If you’re wondering whether now is the right time, let’s talk. A breakthrough starts with one conversation.
-
There are plenty of coaches out there, but here’s why I’m the right partner for you: I meet you exactly where you are—without judgment, without a one-size-fits-all approach. I won’t hand you the answers because you already have them inside of you. My job is to help you unlock them through deep, thought-provoking questions that challenge you, stretch you, and bring clarity to what truly matters.
As a working parent myself, I know the constant pull between work and home. I help you align your actions with your values, set and protect boundaries that honor your time and energy, and build a life where success doesn’t come at the expense of your well-being. I create space for you to think differently, move forward with intention, and gain real momentum toward the life and leadership you envision.
And through it all, I’ll be your biggest advocate—cheering you on, championing your growth, and celebrating your wins—making sure you don’t just dream about change, but actually make it happen.

I embarked on my coaching journey in 2020, and earned my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation in April 2022. Since, I've been committed to the art of coaching, grounded in applied neuroscience philosophy. I am always working on my own growth and currently working to expand my approach to include ontological and somatic coaching styles.

I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
My formal coaching education is an ICF accredited program called: Inspiral Conversations™ An Applied-Neuroscience Approach to Leading, Managing and Coaching, Inspiral Global.

As an ICF-certified coach, I am committed to maintaining the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all coaching interactions. This includes respecting the rights and dignity of clients, maintaining clear boundaries, and continuously developing my coaching skills and competencies. Renewal requirements for my ICF credential include a robust plan for continuing education and mentor coaching (details here). This serves you because I’m constantly learning, tweaking, refining my approach to be the best coach possible for you.
-
My coaching approach is rooted in applied neuroscience–helping you stay out of a threat state so you can be in the best frame of mind to work on solutions and make real progress towards your goals. I layer in somatic and ontological coaching techniques to support transformation from the inside out, considering the whole person. My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where lasting growth happens.

All coaching sessions are held virtually, allowing me to support clients worldwide. However, if you're in the Atlanta area and prefer in-person sessions, I’m happy to explore that option!

Four things: grace, respect, presence, and action.
Grace – Be kind with yourself. Growth isn’t always linear; being kind to yourself and giving yourself grace is part of the process.
Respect – Honor our scheduled time together, including a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Presence – Show up fully engaged, free from distractions, so we can make the most of our sessions together.
Action – Follow through on actions you’ve identified, giving yourself the time and space to make real progress.
Coaching is a partnership, and I’m here to support you every step of the way
-
Your privacy is my priority. Everything we discuss stays confidential, unless it involves something illegal or poses harm to you or someone else. My clients often say that one of the things they value most about our work together is the safe, judgment-free space I create—where trust comes first and real growth happens.
-
Life happens–I get it! As a working mom of two, I know things don’t always go as planned. If you need to reschedule, no problem. I just ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so I can best support all my clients.

Every client’s journey is unique, but the results speak for themselves. Here are a few success stories:
Career Growth & Home Renovation: One client set dual goals—renovating her kids’ bathroom and earning a Director-level promotion. She successfully transitioned to a higher-level role with a 30% salary increase, and yes, the bathroom project is complete!
Prioritizing Health on the Road: An executive and frequent traveler wanted to prioritize his health despite a demanding travel schedule. By creating a clear vision and actionable plan, he shifted his view on what fuels him when traveling, integrated wellness into his routine, improved family time, and confidently set boundaries that aligned with his values.
Major Career Transition: A military veteran navigating her shift into civilian life and the corporate world tackled imposter syndrome head-on. She chose the right M.B.A. program, gained clarity on her career path, and secured a highly competitive brand manager internship with a Fortune 500 company in the Bay Area.
No two coaching journeys look the same, but one thing is consistent—real transformation happens when you have the right support. Let’s uncover what’s possible for you.

Every client I work with brings their own story, strengths, and struggles—and I honor that deeply. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. In our 60-minute sessions, we begin by setting an intention together and allowing space for whatever needs to surface. Sometimes that looks like gaining clarity on a specific challenge, and other times it’s about reconnecting to what matters most.
My role is to be fully present with you—to listen not just to your words, but to what’s beneath them. I pay close attention to your tone, your energy, even the pauses in between. I’ll ask questions that help you go deeper, hold space when things feel tender, and guide you toward aligned action and insight.
You’ll feel seen. You’ll feel supported. And most importantly, you’ll feel like the work we’re doing is yours—because it is.
-
Coaching is an investment in you—your growth, your clarity, and your future. And I know that making this kind of investment can feel big. That’s why I’m committed to creating a space where your time, energy, and resources feel well spent and deeply valued.
